Jeffrey Bookbinder is the Founding Partner of Bookbinder Business Law and has garnered 30 years of corporate commercial experience in Botswana and is a leading lawyer in his field. Jeffrey has been involved in the most significant insolvencies and restructurings in Botswana including the winding of BCL Limited, the KFC franchise business and the restoration to solvency of the Mowana Mine.
