Legal Associate under the Natural Resources Department.   She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree from Makerere University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre. Martha is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all Courts subordinate thereto. She is a member of the Uganda Law Society and East African Law Society.
