Mr Kago K.Y Boiki is an Associate in the firm, and a valued member of the Corporate Commercial Division. He is a committed Attorney and Scholar with major focus on Special Economic Zones, Foreign Direct Investment, Labour Relations Law and Business and Human Rights.
Mr Boiki is a published scholarly author in the field of International Trade and Investment and also dabbles in Human Rights Law. His skillset is unique as he is currently the only scholar from Botswana to pursue a Master’s degree with a particular focus on Special Economic Zones and Foreign Direct Investment Attraction a particularly new field of law in Botswana with very limited skilled human capital. Having received some of his tutelage from various International entities and professionals, whilst resident in South Africa he has had the opportunity to learn and observe the true nature and requirements of making Economic Zones work for an economy.
Mr Boiki’s current practice area of interest is in the field of international corporate and commercial law with a focus on labour relations, investment agreements, drafting complex commercial agreements, intellectual property rights litigation, arbitration and litigation involving corporate commercial disputes.

Mr Jeremiah is a Partner in Ramalepa Attorneys, currently heading two Divisions at our Firm, being the Civil Litigation Division as well as the Labour Relations and Employment Law Division. He has vast experience in both public and private of law including but not limited to employment law and labour relations legislation, administrative law, delict, contract and insurance law
Mr Jeremiah is a seasoned Attorney with an impressive record of facilitating favourable outcomes for clients in a timeous and cost-effective manner. Mr Jeremiah is also trained and qualified in FIDIC Contracts, Arbitration in Construction Law and Stock Exchange (Listings) Regulations.
His also has a keen interest in the progression of Human Rights and social welfare matters. Due to his avid interest in Labour and Administrative practice he also conducts labour matters for large multifaceted clients such as Botswana Power Cooperation, Botswana Post, Botswana Railways, Senn Foods, Botswana Public Workers Union, Air Liquide and several high-profile individuals.
Mr Jeremiah also carries a depth of knowledge on Commercial and Property law, which he previously lectured at a local University on a part-time basis.

Nako is the firm’s Practice Manager, responsible for the overall operations of the firm and ensuring among others, the compliance by the Firm with all statutory and regulatory requirements, and quality control and client satisfaction. In addition to her role as the Firm’s Manager, she is part of the business development team and always strives for different ways to expand the Firm’s business and ensuring value-adds to the clientele. Ms Tebele has experience in among others, corporate and commercial litigation, debt collection, administration of estates and estate management, commercial work including but not limited to general legal advisory, transactional advisory, corporate governance and contract negotiation and drafting
She currently affiliated with various online based legal education platforms such as “Sister-In-Law” and “For Women in Law” whose objective is to empower and educate women on their rights and the law. Mr Tladi is a Partner in Ramalepa Attorneys and heads the Commercial Department of the Firm. He is a robust commercial litigator whose composure, handling of complex legal issues and arguments commands superior confidence amongst clients and colleagues. Due to his vast exposure, Tebogo also serves as a correspondent attorney for a leading South African Intellectual Property Firm, and represents highly profiled individuals and blue-chip companies.
In addition to commercial litigation, Tebogo provides arbitration and alternative dispute resolution services. He has recently successfully prosecuted a P51 Million arbitration claim against one of the biggest parastatals in the country. Mr Tladi is occasionally engaged by the Attorney General to defend the Government of Botswana in complex commercial litigation, and his latest arbitration victory for the Government was published in February 2020. Whenever the stakes are terribly high, we place Mr. Tladi in the lead.
Tebogo is also a contract draftsman of note, specializing in drafting, review, negotiation and closing deals in complex business contracts including mergers and acquisition transactions in the manufacturing industry, financial technology contracts, construction contracts, investment contracts, wealth planning notarial deeds, trusts and various commercial instruments and documents.
