Cyril R.J. Pesha is a seasoned litigator and banking legal expert. He is an accomplished litigation expert, having practiced for 8 years as a Corporation Counsel with a large state owned firm, the Tanzania Legal Corporation (TLC) before moving on to work as in house counsel in two financial institutions, initially with the Tanganyika Development Finance Limited (TDFL) and later with the East African Development Bank (EADB) for a continuous spell of 21 years.
