Experience has included advising:

• A leading telecommunications tower operator on an employee restructuring following the acquisition of the business and assets of fellow sector player.
• The appellant in landmark proceedings before the Court of Appeal which clarified the jurisdictional basis of the Industrial Court and the scope of statutory and common law remedies that can be awarded in an unfair dismissal claim.
• An international oil and gas company on a significant restructuring to align the company’s human resources with current operational requirements.
• A regional development bank on the establishment of an internal mechanism to address staff grievances in light of the bank’s diplomatic immunity status under its formative treaty.
• A publicly traded entity on the establishment of a retirement benefits scheme, including attending to the procurement of the fund manager, fund administrator and custodian.
• Two international organisations on the treaty negotiation for diplomatic immunity status in Uganda.
