Wycliff Nagaba holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of Rwanda and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development.
He specializes in Banking & Finance transactions. Since joining the firm in 2018, Wycliff has gained considerable experience and knowledge in commercial law as he has handled several ground breaking transactions mainly in the Banking & Finance sector. He has also advised on different matters in general Corporate and Commercial Law, Capital Markets, Labour Law and Intellectual Property Law.
Wycliff’s day-to-day roles at the firm include, but are not limited to, drafting/reviewing transactional documents such as Facility Agreements, security agreements, Inter-Creditor Agreements, advising on regulatory and licensing requirements and compliance and liaising with regulators, preparing legal opinions in relation to transactional matters and other Rwandan law matters. Mr. Ndahiro Arnold obtained his Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) in 2022 from the University of Rwanda. He began his legal career with us at Trust Law Chambers in 2022 and handles general commercial matters. He is also currently pursuing a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development. He is highly motivated and strives for excellence in his responsibilities. He previously worked at Purpose Rwanda, a non-governmental organization, where he assisted in drafting their internal rules and regulations. Mr. Apollo M. Nkunda obtained his Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the National University of Rwanda in 1998 and holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Business and Trade Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
In October 2004, Apollo joined Trust Law Chambers as a Partner. Prior to joining Trust Law Chambers, he was head of Legal affairs at the Rwanda National Tender Board (now RPPA). He also served as a State Attorney representing the Government of Rwanda before the Courts of Law in Commercial Litigation for over five years.

Mr. Moise Nkundabarashi obtained his Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the National University of Rwanda in 2008.

Rutabingwa Athanase is one of the founding Partners of MRB Attorneys. He holds a Msc in International Trade Policy and Trade Law from Lund University-Sweden. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma from the Institute of Legal Practice & Development (ILPD) and a Fellow in Arbitration (FCIArb) from the London Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Athanase joined the Rwanda Bar Association in the year 2000. He enrolled as an advocate working with Rwanga and Company Advocates, and later with other lawyers established Kigali Allied Advocates in which he served as its Managing Partner until he together with others Partners formed MRB Attorneys in the year 2013. Athanase has got vast experience in commercial law matters and more specifically in commercial advisory services to corporate clients including financial institutions, sponsors, developers and Government institutions. Athanase is a well-qualified attorney in Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms (ADR), litigation in commercial law, banking, labour law, land law, and transport law. He has over the time in the course of his work and position in the Bar Association mastered Rwandan institutional relations. Athanase served as the President of the Rwanda Bar Association for two consecutive terms (2011- 2015). He served as a member as well as a Council Member of the East African Law Society. He served as the sitting President of the Conference International des Barreaux (CIB). He is a lecturer at the Institute of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD) in Rwanda.
