Profile

Sipho Ziga is the lead partner in the Commercial Department of Armstrongs. His specialisations include corporate commercial legal transactions; banking and finance; capital raisings, offerings, listings, corporate governance; negotiating and drafting commercial contracts such as subscription, management and shareholders agreements; and general business law.

Sipho routinely carries out and gives advice on Botswana’s law and regulatory environment with regard to mergers, acquisitions and general corporate legal advice to multinationals and international law firms.
