Victor Ramalepa is the Founding and Managing Partner of Ramalepa Attorneys. He is responsible for the oversight of the Firm’s operations, including the Firm’s strategies and business development. With 17 years of legal practice experience, Victor is a well-seasoned expert with vast experience in a wide range of legal disciplines, which has enabled him to deliver highly innovative practices that stretch beyond conservative legal services. Through his experience he has extensive legal depth while also being incredibly business savvy.

Victor leads a team of young and sharp legal brains who are solution driven and relationship focused. Together with his partners, they pride themselves in their ability to go all out to meet all their clients’ needs. Through Victor’s leadership, the team is committed to maintaining integrity, and developing a Firm that goes beyond providing standard services. He strongly believes in harnessing a client-oriented approach and has imparted the same on the Firm. He is a strategic and skillful problem-solver, which has attracted a notable client base that continues to help the Firm grow and reach greater heights.

Victor’s area of interest lies in Property Law and Conveyancing, Civil Litigation (comprising mainly debt collection, foreclosures, assets repossessions), and is a Commercial match-maker of note – passionate about connecting people with others and business with other businesses.
