Msiya Kindiano joined the firm in 2014 and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of Botswana in 2006. Msiya advises on commercial dispute resolution, corporate risk management and recoveries, restructuring and insolvency.

Msiya has acted for, advised, and assisted a broad international client base, which includes multinationals, non-government entities, governments, state-owned entities, and financial institutions, over a wide range of matters, with local, cross-border and trans-national components.

In addition to his technical ability, Msiya’s strength lies in his ability to leverage his experience across various commercial law disciplines to understand risk and provide strategic advice in the way of creative solutions to complex issues, always with an eye on safeguarding clients’ reputations, commercial interests, and resources.
