In his years as a prosecutor, Brown was one of the few Attorneys who was instrumental in the formative years of the Asset Forfeiture Unit. He litigated in the high profile case involving the National Petroleum Fund and other cases of national importance. Brown succeeded in recovering millions of Pula amassed from Serious Crime related Activities to the state coffers.
In his short stint in private practice, he has been involved successfully in among others, procurement litigation, out of court settlements in many cases and matrimonial cases. He is involved with the Maitengwe For Education initiative, a trust that aims to participate in and support the education of children from the village of Maitengwe. The group acts as an advisory body to the schools and parents in Maitengwe to encourage and promote the education of the children. He has tirelessly donated his time and skills to assist set up and register trusts for interest groups, especially the youth, to help promote their interests.
